If we believe any harmful behaviour towards the animals is being performed, we have the right to take animals away at any time for their own safety. We do not tolerate unkind behaviour of any sort towards our animals.
We understand that most events we attend have nibbles or some sort for guests to enjoy, however we encourage that children do not consume food or drink whilst interacting with the reptiles.
On days where the weather is forecasted above 30°C, there must be a well-ventilated indoor space available OR adequately shaded outdoor space - this helps to ensure a comfortable environment for our reptiles.
As reptiles are ectothermic (cold-blooded animals) please provide adequate temperature and protection from elements during the colder months.
Deposits are non-refundable. We will however do our best to accommodate your needs (reschedule where possible) if circumstances change.
